City of Fresno / Swieso linked to unsolved Polzin murder across the street from me, suspected homicide of my family, attempted murder of me, suspected homicide of my neighbor, forged and fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policies.
Despite a reward for information regarding the Polzin murder, it is not wanted or allowed. Attorney, David A. Silva, who conspired with Swieso in fraudulent legal documents (in an Irrevocable Trust) for my family's properties was the same attorney for Mr. Polzin.
Upon reporting Mr. Silva to CA State Bar Assn, he fled, never to be seen again. (I do not believe this man was a legitimate attorney.)
City of Fresno's risk analyst lied and set up my other neighbor who was never seen again. Property was torn apart and rebuilt on top of the city's secretly replaced water system, as done to my family's properties. I saw Swieso forge the wife's name on an insurance application citing his motto: "You can't live for the dead."
Properties were being deluged in toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage as this continued, followed by more lies from the risk analyst. Illness, respiratory, infections, hepatitis, cellulitis, amputation, death.
Public records were altered to cover up street widening, relocation of storm drains, utility poles, fire hydrants.
City of Fresno then committed perjury to call me a liar about all the above, followed by death threats if I continue to expose this. I was then further robbed, raped, pets killed, told by Mr. Swieso's partner, Jeffry Winslow, they would be taking these properties over as I would be meeting the others, "in another world." Mr. Winslow boasted of doing this to his former wife and her family in order to carry out the secret water diversion operation. With my photographs and documents stolen, all these people called me a "liar" about the horrors that took place. Below: Verification of what took place - exactly as I reported. It appears that eliminating property owners is how they are getting by with this without complaints or witnesses. (Most people in Fresno will also verify that Olive Ave. through the Tower Dist. was widened.)
Ron Lamm, of DiBuduo & DeFendis conspired with Mr. Swieso in non-renewal of property insurance coverage as mold consumed the building - clamped water lines had been loosened, covered with cement. No amount of money, repairs would help / resolve the problem. Money continued being poured into ongoing repairs as a result of damages Mr. Swieso was behind. Another $5,000 in 2 brand-new central heat/air units, which his associate insisted I needed - switched with trash behind my back. Brand new awnings as a result of the old ones being torn apart, with the new ones fitting the new measurements. Then replaced with trash. On and on. As the mold consumed one of the two commercial properties, it appears the "planted" tenant was about to sue and own all. (Others among the group boast of doing this in order to seize property from owners.)
Mr. Swieso then intercepted the realtor. Escrow dragged on for 1 yr because no one would tell me about the fraudulent legal documents. More lies resulted in my family and me being cheated in excess of $1 million. Properties re-sold by more fraud on deeds reflecting revised property lines. By this point I had mortgaged my home in order to keep the commercial properties running for FAMILY. Everything I owned was stolen / replaced with trash. Down to the doors, windows, flooring, central heat/air, rain gutters, sinks, toilets, faucets. My homeowners was sabotaged so I am unable to file a claim for ANYTHING! I am now unemployed with a mortgage on a home that was left a shambles, setting on top of corroded, nasty trash, clamped sewer and water lines.

The planning and plotting for this began decades earlier - knowing I would be left as the signature on these properties, the poisoning, hidden cameras and severing ties began long ago. Set up for total annihilation, others never saw or suspected what was taking place behind all the theft and chaos. One nightmare after another. This is one method of how Mr. Swieso seizes control of his client's estates. Having been employed by Mr. Swieso on 2 occasions, I saw the same pattern time and again, but never did I suspect anything like this. Like many others, I trusted him - that is exactly what makes him so successful at his "secret sideline." My siblings stepped into the "rotation pattern" - to date I have no idea if they have been eliminated yet, as poisoning and severing ties is how this is carried out. (Like Mr. Winslow said he did to his wife and her family/siblings - look at his trail to see the pattern; same group. Like Jon F. M. who conspired with Mr. Swieso in hiring me at Bankers Life Ins. in 1982? He called me 2 wks prior to his suicide, devastated as he repeatedly said, "I can't tell you - you would not understand." Like Diane, another employee of Principal Ins. - used and discarded? She pled for help, saying exactly what I am saying now, but no one would listen. Like Albert P. who, after years of conspiring with Mr. Swieso, was never seen again as his property was taken over by this mob. Jim G.? There are others. When reputations are destroyed in advance, no one cares or questions anything.)
Left unemployed, in fear for my life, there is no way out of this but death. As planned and attempted from the very beginning.
