Per the City of Fresno's water department: Replacing the water system would be impossible without destruction of connecting properties! Exactly.

What you see below is an example of what has been taking place throughout Fresno, CA (and more) over the past 50 yrs. Altered property lines with structures now equipped with clamped sewer and water lines.

To deceive the public, parcel maps are being altered in escrow as rebuilt properties are re-sold as "original" to unsuspecting buyers.













Most people in Fresno will verify that Olive Ave. was widened. Public Works denies it. In reality, widening Olive Ave. was carried out one block at a time, so it would not call attention to the major reconstruction of street-lined properties, which were then resold with altered parcel maps to cover up the evidence. This water layout verifies the reconstruction on top of the secretly-replaced water system.















The group conspiring with Public Works is not authorized either; hence no records for what is taking place. Reconstruction without permits or inspections. Major health, environmental, safety and building code violations.

Wilbert G. Swieso is the self-proclaimed mastermind who boasts of overriding the Planning Department, then having records altered to make it appear that things were always this way. He says local officials are too incompetent to ever catch or stop him.

This operation is behind much of the street widening taking place. Instead of records to show the street widening, more cover up, including altered aerial views to make it appear that things were always this way. As this continues, so do the ADA violations.

Old utility poles were removed from earlier easements, now standing in the alleys and middle of sidewalks. There are also many more utility poles ~ look around, they are everywhere! Check out the code violations behind the relocation of street lights. This is a nightmare in itself! Yet with the altered records, our city and PG&E's office personnel maintain that things have always been this way.

      Not only are there witnesses to the additional, replaced and reconnected utility poles, there are witnesses to who is behind this ~ it is not the City of Fresno or Pacific Gas and Electric in charge of this. That is why they cannot help ~ the office personnel have nothing to go by but the altered records on file.

You can see with your own eyes what a shambles all of this has become. Totally unauthorized with altered records to cover up what is taking place.

Therefore, the question is this. Is it really a coincidence that more and more residents are complaining about unexplained increases in monthly utility rates? While they are placing blame on PG&E's Smart Meters, PG&E maintains that nothing is wrong with their Smart Meters. Perhaps it is time someone looks at what the Smart Meters are connected to.

DEAR GOD, PLEASE HELP!

In 1982, I was hired by Principal Insurance (Fresno, CA) for the sole purpose of being annihilated. My employment was based on the properties my family owned.

Principal Insurance is involved in the secret water diversion operation taking place, explained here: Click: Marla. It was not expected that I would still be alive to expose the atrocities.

Be advised that their "top agent", Wilbert Swieso, was referring the same attorney (who appears to be fake) as well as the same home health aides (some of whom also appear to be fake) to his elderly insurance and estate planning clients. Mr. Swieso "specializes" in the elderly, therefore the trail of death behind his "secret sideline" does not appear out of the ordinary. No one has ever seen beyond the smokescreen. Or the countless insurance papers forged and altered legal documents as he cites his motto, "You can't live for the dead."

Even after the suspected homicides of my family and neighbors, properties taken by fraud, having me robbed, raped, pets killed, left unemployable and in fear for my life, Principal Insurance and their mob are not done with me ~ they do not leave witnesses behind.

Learn how insurance agents (and realtors) conspire in robbing and seizing control of their client's properties and assets. Keep in mind that the mold problem mentioned below was the result of Swieso having the newly-clamped water lines loosened, covered in cement in order to create the problem.

Not mentioned here is one of Mr. Swieso's techniques in "helping" his confused clients obtain Long Term Care insurance before they "forget" to pay their premium. Always there to help, he is licensed in "reverse mortage."

My monthly property insurance premium statements for my family's 2 commercial properties arrived by mail - promptly paid.






Upon renewal, the premium changed somewhat. Suddenly, I stopped receiving the monthly billings. Not wanting to be an inconvenience, I continued making payments online ~ unfortunately, in the wrong amount. Surely I would be contacted if there was a problem, but that is not how this worked out. It was at this time, my property insurance agent began sending MY BUSINESS to SWIESO'S office, despite repeated requests to STOP! In time, due to a few dollars discrepancy in my monthly payments, rather than contact me a 30-day notice was sent. I never saw it.

Then came the CANCELLATION NOTICE! Ron Lamm, my property insurance agent (as well as his secretary) REFUSED to assist; then they refused to acknowledge me. Clearly, their focus was on accommodating Mr. Swieso regarding MY ACCOUNT.





It was at this time, mold began consuming 1 of the 2 structures; the tenant told me he feared the wall would collapse. Of course it would ~ without insurance, he could then sue and own all, just as Mr. Swieso's group boasts of doing to others.

Now look at the entire message pertaining to my property insurance premium, where you will see the bigger picture as described in the above blog. Keep in mind that by this point, I had quit working for Mr. Swieso. I mention that because he actually delivered this memo from MY insurance agent, in person, because he "knew it was important." AND HE KNEW I WAS NOT RECEIVING THE INFORMATION! I was being by-passed as this man had once again, taken control OF MY AFFAIRS behind my back.

The policy had been CANCELLED with no chance for reinstatement. This is a beautiful example of how Mr. Swieso, while in the midst of destroying me, STILL wanted recognition as the innocent, caring and concerned "friend." He wanted to be THANKED for his help and concern. Once again wanting to be seen for all his "help" when in fact, HE was the very cause behind this.






At this point, I still did not know the legal documents were fraudulent, but I finally realized that Mr. Swieso had set out to destroy me.






And it was also clear that without property insurance coverage, the tenant, who Mr. Swieso was involved in from the very beginning, was trouble. This is why Swieso coerced me into renting to this man. This is why the"planted" tenant made it clear from day 1, he wanted to buy the buildings when I got "ready" to sell them. Escrow dragged out for 1 yr because no one would tell me about the fraudulent legal documents.





In the end, the new deeds to the properties entailed illegally revised parcel maps to match the new property lines. And fraudulent financing information ~ this explains why both realtors not only lied about the value of the properties but refused to help or look into my claims that I was sure the buyer did not qualify and there was fraud taking place. They had me pinned into a corner ~ either cooperate or lose everything, including my home behind these 2 properties.

As I have said all along, it was not intended that I would still be alive. With the fraudulent legal documents appointing Mr. Swieso, "Successor Trustee" of these properties ~ and my final departure underway, this is only 1 example of how Swieso is "acquiring" property and funding his "secret sideline."

Is Principal Insurance funding the Swieso horrors?

Chemicals. I heard about city-wide chemicals from Principal Insurance's Wilbert G. Swieso, CLU, ChFC as well as Mr. Swieso's partner, Jeffry C. Winslow. At the time, I had no idea that I had spent many, many years being manipulated via unknown chemicals. I was being set up for what was to come. My behavior was out of control, my mouth could not have been more nasty and vicious - mission accomplished. When it came time for Mr. Swieso and his group to seize control of my family's properties, I had been severed and hated by all. There would be no one standing in the way for what would take place - not even me, the one who was left as Trustee of the properties. With my credibility and reputation totally destroyed, no one would believe anything I said.


With the fraudulent legal documents (appointing Swieso, "Successor Trustee" of my family's 2 estate properties in an Irrevocable Trust), fraudulent life insurance policy (appointing Swieso "beneficiary"), suspected homicide of my family, robbed, raped, pets killed/harmed, final arrangements UN-done, properties taken by fraud, home torn apart and rebuilt on top of the secretly replaced city water system, my final departure was underway. It was not expected that I would get away let alone return to "normal" or figure out what had taken place. This was / is beyond any nightmare imaginable.


For 20 yrs I heard Mr. Swieso mention his secret water diversion operation for 20 yrs. He said it would result in allowing him to build his "dream home" on the property he owned at Friant/Millerton. I did not believe it, not even after he took me for a personal tour of the area. No one believed such nonsense.







This, I now realize, is behind the decades of his offering clients "help with home repairs", often followed by forged insurance papers and altered legal documents. Someone usually hospitalized or left dead - that allows Mr. Swieso to continue his "secret sideline" without the property owner's knowledge or consent. Otherwise he often called upon his plumber son for "repairs" - to make his victims believe he knows NOTHING about plumbing. He has spent 50 yrs altering the city's water system on a parcel-by-parcel basis!


Having me severed and hated was how the "path was cleared" so there would be no help, no interference, no one to run to, no where to hide. After years of being set up as a horrible person, including a thief, it appears that my home was opened to the public - everything I owned was switched with trash; insurance sabotaged so I could not file a claim for ANYTHING! All photographs discarded or scanned/altered as though I made all of this up.


In reality, the photos were scanned to eliminate evidence of what else took place. The entire house,including my family's properties next door, were rebuilt on top of the city's secretly replaced water system. No authorization, permits or inspections, the properties were left a shambles. Property lines changed - much more.







Swieso was behind the "planted" tenants and years of ongoing hell next door. Neighbors also planted - linked and intertwining with Swieso. With me kept incapacitated, these were the people who served as "credible witnesses" that nothing took place - including the street widening, relocation of utility poles, street lights, fire hydrants, etc.

The next shock was to see the change in my siblings - they became "one of them." They conspired in the horrors and also set me up for more than mentioned here. Using my behavior while being poisoned to justify conspiring in the illegal distribution of assets - with the assistance of Wilbert Swieso, they were rewarded with hundreds of thousands of dollars in property and assets. After 14 yrs as a care provider to family, I was left with nothing - not even my own belongings. Swieso's fraudulent legal documents would make it appear that I was still alive - at least for a while, until the property transferred, as evidence shown done to others.

The people behind this are ruthless. One person carried on about murdering; offering to kill anyone I wanted him to as he smirked that no one ever figured out who murdered the man across the street (when this took place on his property.) Notice the same (Swieso's) attorney involved in the unsolved murder!










Swieso also targeted my neighbor on the other side of me (not shown on the above diagram) - he was never seen again as this took place on his property. The new owner to my neighbor's property lives next door to Swieso's other partner, who boasted about about eliminating an entire family to carry this out.








Lives are being destroyed; property and assets taken by fraud. The operation entails billions of dollars in citywide alterations / reconstruction.


HOW IS THIS OPERATION FUNDED? If Mr. Swieso is telling people that this is the City of Fresno's operation, why is there no record of what is taking place. Why is SWIESO having parcel maps altered in escrow? Using illegally altered parcel maps to threaten neighbors that their property is overlapping and if it is not rectified, they will be SUED! Then aerial views are altered to make it appear that nothing changed. Why is HE behind the altering / reconnecting of utility poles, followed by more altered records as though nothing changed. Why is he running people off their property? One woman informed me that while he was "working" 4 properties on 1 block, he forced her next-door-neighbor out by raising the rent, then he lied to this woman about why the neighbor moved. I personally heard him giving his son instructions on when to stop making house payments so it will go into foreclosure - then he stepped in and paid cash, laughing, "Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy."


Mr. Swieso has his own work crew altering private AND city property while laughing that the City of Fresno is too incompetent to ever catch or stop him. He is a former employee of the City of Fresno - he conspires with many of the City employees but the bottom line is that what he is doing is not legal, authorized, or accounted for. Mr. Swieso has invested 50 yrs into an operation that there is no record of. He is getting by with this by using HIS people from the City of Fresno to LIE - no one questions anything. Not even the massive building, health, safety, environmental code violations. Look what he and his mob have done as the ADA violations continue to escalate.

The entire city has been rebuilt on top of haphazardly-clamped sewer/water lines. Repeat: There IS NO RECORD FOR ANY OF THIS! It is SWIESO who is having public records altered to cover all of this up. The entire operation is carried out by sneaking, lying, stealing, suspected homicide, real estate fraud, insurance fraud - all linked to WILBERT G. SWIESO, the self-proclaimed mastermind.


Where is the money coming from for all of this? It appears that in addition to real estate theft, the funding may be from fraudulent insurance policies, forgeries, altered legal documents, changing beneficiaries, ID theft, illegal conversion of assets, etc.


Principal Insurance merely says that this has nothing to do with their products or service. Dead people don't argue.









Swieso is robbing estates. Those who know him know of his reputation as having an "uncanny abiliity" to locate things that others search years and years for - he claims to find such things at yard sales or auctions.

I guarantee 100% that a lie-detector test would not only verify that my family members were murdered via unknown chemicals, my siblings are currently being administered unknown chemicals, which allowed them to be manipulated and turned into heinous monsters who plotted in more than mentioned here. They are also being used as "credible witnesses" that this did not take place because like so many others, they do not want to be caught. They were paid off. In turn, the atrocities are carried out to others. (My siblings stepped into Swieso's "rotation system" - they served their purpose - they will not survive this. There is no help for anyone - only more cover-up.)


HOW MANY OTHER AGENTS / BROKERS FROM PRINCIPAL INSURANCE ARE INVOLVED IN THIS?!? Are they behind the escalation in death threats for exposing this? Principal's support of Mr. Swieso left me pinned into a corner with no way out. As Swieso's associate told me, I will be meeting the others, "in another world." That is why I am making sure to leave this information behind.







P.S. To the family of deceased Jon F. M. (Group + Pension Mgr., Fresno Principal Ins.), wake up. He was recruited then discarded. Not only used to hire and set me up - look what was done to your family in order to "clear the path" for this to take place on R----- St. To the family of Diane F. (another deceased employee of Principal, recruited by Mr. M and Mr. Swieso to set me up) - it is my understanding that you traded her for a fraudulent life insurance policy and a round-trip airfare out here for what you did to ME. Don't use me for a scape goat because you cannot see beyond the smokescreen. Hidden cameras and "planting" things do not change the TRUTH - something you would not allow a lie-detector test to prove. There was a reason Dee claimed she was being poisoned with intent to kill - the same one behind my claims of the same thing.

The "rotation system" behind Swieso / City of Fresno

This is how Olive Ave., through Fresno's Tower Dist., was widened without leaving witnesses or complaints. "Planting" of occupants; elimination of others. Forgeries, real estate theft, altered parcel maps (in escrow) to match the new property lines.




Note the parcel on the upper left . Mr. Perez, linked to Swieso, was "planted." After 15 yrs, he was set up by the City of Fresno's risk analyst for elimination. Mr. Perez was never seen again. I saw Swieso forge the wife's name on an insurance application.




Like all the other properties shown in the above diagram, Mr. Perez's was also torn apart and rebuilt on top of the secretly replaced water system followed by altered records to cover up the evidence.

The other "planted" occupant on Olive, next door to the Polzin murder, moved around the corner to provide the same "service."

Note the 3 of 5 parcels along Olive Ave., which entailed the "services" of Swieso's partner, David A. Silva, atty. Upon being reported for conspiring with Swieso in fraudulent legal documents for 2 of the 3 properties, Mr. Silva fled, never to be seen again. Do you see my point? Aside from the blatant murders and/or suspected homicides - there is a "rotation system" that follows Swieso. People appear to be USED AND DISCARDED as the secret replacement of the city water system continues.

THAT INCLUDES MY SIBLINGS. They stepped right into quicksand - public records verify the danger they are in. Last I spoke to them, there is no doubt whatsoever, they were being administered the same unknown chemicals I was while being set up for my final departure. They are/were too far gone to understand. Naturally, pleas for help were disregarded - it has since been implied that 2 of the 3 are dead.

More examples of the "rotation system:"

Jon F.M. - another one who was used and discarded. Swieso conspired with Jon in hiring me back in 1982; I was a horrible mess. Jon set me up, then it backfired. He called me 2 wks prior to his suicide, repeatedly saying, "I can't tell you - you would not understand." Dead, age 50.

Diane F.B. - another one used and discarded. Linked to Swieso, Jon F.M., Winslow, RAB and blob. Once she served her purpose, it backfired. She got away, pleading for help, saying she was being poisoned with intent to kill. Due to her credibility being destroyed while poisoned, no one believed her. Dead, age 39.

Same scenario with me - my credibility was also destroyed. No one believed I was being poisoned. As a result, no matter what I report, it reverts back to my behavior while being poisoned. Example: Winslow admitted eliminating his former wife and her family to alter the water system on those properties - he said I would be joining them, "in another world." His former wife's signatures were verified by an expert handwriting analyst as FORGED. So he used MY BEHAVIOR while being poisoned, to deny what HE DID TO HIS EARLIER VICTIMS! Mission accomplished - from rags-to-riches.





Click on the above Winslow "letter of denial" to see the family's signatures. Even using the same attorney who prepared the first fraudulent legal documents for my family's properties. "After you get rid of the first one" Winslow explained, "the rest are easy." This is what my family was set up for - same group; same scenario. One by one we are being killed by this mob as I continue being called a "liar." Repeat: My siblings are too far gone to see what they stepped into with these SAME PEOPLE. Regardless of what they conspired in, it will backfire, if it has not already backfired.

How did Winslow predict my next-door-neighbor's foot amputation and death 1 year in advance? My neighbors were also recruited; I had no idea the wife worked with Swieso's wife for 20 yrs. Winslow keeps a score card of foot amputations. Diabetics are more susceptible to the staph and other deadly pathogens that breed in raw sewage. This operation entailed repeated episodes of sewage back spills, which the risk analyst blatantly lied about. My neighbor contracted hepatitis (also linked to raw sewage), foot amputated and death at age 50. He had been used and discarded.

My handicapped uncle's hospitalizations coincided with the sewage back spills; his death coincided with the citywide upgrade, which allowed Swieso to have the fraudulent legal documents prepared. I endured years of excruciatingly-painful cellulitis of both feet as a result of exposure to raw sewage.







With the altered records to cover up the truth behind all of this, the risk analyst merely responded, "Not my problem."

Now do you understand more about the "rotation system?" Is that what happened to Swieso's pal, David Silva, the attorney mentioned above? Mr. Silva's office was located next door to Swieso - they "shared" clients. Where is Mr. Silva now - was he used and discarded? Another "rotation system?" I am asking because like Mr. Perez (look at the earlier signatures above, which can also be linked to Swieso), I am not convinced that Mr. Silva was who he claimed to be - not only due to obvious reasons but what I uncovered in public records. Forgery and ID theft are common among Swieso's entourage.

To this day, Mr. Swieso has not been investigated for any of the crimes that have been reported. Because, I was told, he has an impeccable reputation. Same for Winslow.

Prior to the poisoning and hell from the "planted" tenants, I had an impeccable reputation as well. But that doesn't matter. Because it was destroyed by the group who annihilated my family, took our properties by fraud, robbed, raped, poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras, killed pets and more. Evidence kicked aside as Mayor Alan Autry had his people commit perjury to have a Restraining Order issued against me - not only calling me a "liar" but turning the tables and deeming ME a "danger to THEM!" Followed by DEATH THREATS IF I CONTINUE TO EXPOSE WHAT TOOK PLACE!

Threatening me when I reported the risk analyst as a "danger to the public." (Trost is the sr risk analyst who committed perjury to cover all this up - now refusing to acknowledge me.)

Governor, attorney general, etc. - countless letters as shown below, advising me to contact the City of Fresno regarding the fraud as they had our properties torn apart and rebuilt without permits or inspections, on top of their secretly replaced water system. I am NOT ALLOWED TO CONTACT THE CITY OF FRESNO! (Older letters below - newer ones on other computer.)

















There are more suspected homicides across the street with a "rotation system" that cannot be more obvious. These people are linked to Swieso and from what it appeared to me - victims of the same chemicals as used on me - that is how the wrongful distribution of assets takes place. In fact Mr. Silva represented the deceased mother of one of those deceased young men.

Neighbors on 3 sides of me left dead. Murder, suspected homicides, fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policies and more - yet I am considered a "danger to the City of Fresno" who conspired in all of this. Their own unaltered records verify exactly what was done to city AND private properties. There are witnesses and old photographs as more evidence. In fact there are witnesses besides me, to Swieso altering utility poles, cross-connecting the lines. He is running people off their property and using altered parcel maps to threaten neighbors that their property is overlapping and if they do not rectify the problem at THEIR expense they will be sued!

I have provided more than enough evidence to support everything I reported. Since the City of Fresno cannot dispute any of it legitimately they stoop to lies, name-calling, perjury, sexual harassment and death threats. This is the biggest and most corrupt operation in CA history - if they want me to stop exposing it, they will either have to carry out their death threats or address the murders of my family and pay restitution for what was done. Fresno / CA Central Valley - Flood insurance recommended

Freeway 41, which goes down the center of Fresno, CA was built in 1981. It was designed to double as a water channel should Friant Dam ever flood.

No one oversees Public Works - there appears to be no accountability within this department. This allows them to conspire with Mr. Swieso, the self-proclaimed mastermind behind the water diversion operation. Behind their backs, however, Mr. Swieso has another work crew. He has tied in more to the city's portion, which they DO NOT KNOW ABOUT. He says the City of Fresno is too incompetent to ever catch or stop him. Mr. Swieso is running people off their property followed by unauthorized reconstruction. He changes property lines and has the parcel maps altered in escrow. He then has these illegally altered parcel maps presented to neighbors who are accused of their property "overlapping" and threatened with lawsuits if they do not rectify the problem at their expense! He is having utility poles relocated/reconnected. PG&E's records are then altered to make it appear that nothing changed, which is why there is no help. (There are witnesses to ALL of this taking place throughout town, besides me!)





Mr. Swieso says that this operation is behind the valley's water shortage - laughing that the public will never figure it out. Obviously he is right - click on the above link to see what he has done! He and his associate (Jeffry Winslow) both indicated this operation is linked to the water supply at Millerton / Friant Dam.

Mr. Swieso boasts of being braver than anyone else when it comes to breaking laws - including water laws and regulations that have prohibited development in the area where he planned to build his "dream home."




Mr. Winslow, on the other hand, carries on how this "secret water operation" will soon result in the water at the dam being raised, which will allow for piped water at the campgrounds located at his nearby resort (elev. 6,500'.) These people have not only destroyed our beautiful city and shoddily rebuilt it on top of a replaced water system without any permits, inspections or safety precautions, they are getting by with heinous crimes as they do it!

And guess who is behind them as it continues! No one is protecting residents from what is taking place.





In the past, I posted several articles pertaining to the possibility of Millerton's Friant Dam flooding - including the importance of obtaining flood insurance. Those articles are no longer available, which magnifies my concerns. What else are we being set up for?!?

Also be prepared for more broken pipes as the cold weather approaches. The City of Fresno is constantly reminding property owners that THEY are liable to maintain the pipes. But they refuse to address how structures are setting on top of clamped lines - something that entailed major reconstruction, yet no building permits or inspections on record. Water terrorism in CA's Central Valley

Behind CA central valley's "water shortage" is a 50-yr operation entailing secret replacement of the water system. According to the self-proclaimed mastermind, Wilbert G. Swieso, this is designed for getting around water laws and regulations that prohibited development beyond Friant / Millerton / Madera. Wilbert Swieso, local insurance agent / estate planner is a former employee of the City of Fresno. Not only altering and overriding legal documents, he has kept his ties with all the "right people" at the City of Fresno. He conspires with Public Works in this operation - from lying and setting up various residents to be eliminated, to the major alterations surrounding the secret replacement of the water system.

SECRET WATER DIVERSION

Replacing a water system entails altering of every structure - no exception. Removal of various structures, expansion of others. Before it is over, structures have been rebuilt on top of clamped sewer and water lines. In most cases, without permits or inspections ~ virtually no enforcement of building regulations. With parcel maps illegally altered in escrow; aerial views are altered; property is re-sold as "original" to unsuspecting buyers.





Although subtle, you can see that every structure, on every block has been rebuilt; all property lines changed.




Fires/arson.

Utility poles replaced, relocated, reconnected. Since this is also being done in secret, records are also altered to make it appear that the poles have always been as they are now. Local electric company remains oblivious, standing by altered records.





Additional poles are everywhere. The people behind this refer to themselves as "People Watchers." They boast of hidden cameras inside and outside, linked to the additional poles. They talk of tapped phones, hacked computers, bypassing alarm systems. Much more. When added to the unauthorized street widening, the ADA violations continue to escalate. No record for any of this.

The alterations to structures are usually carried out in-between sales. Other times, the area is first "planted" with people involved in this operation. Property owner/s are administered chemicals that leave them oblivious to the alterations taking place in their neighborhood - including their own property while they are at work or on vacation. Others are killed, properties taken by fraud. Trail of burglaries, ID theft, altered and forged documents, suspected homicides, unsolved murders. Below is an example of Olive Ave. (Tower District) being widened. Done block at a time, the public never realized it went from a 2-lane to a 3-lane. The group behind this also talk of citywide chemicals being administered in order to keep residents oblivious and complacent. Public Works, the department that conspires in carrying all of this out, will not allow Fresno's tap water to be tested for pharmaceuticals.






Reporting this to Mayor Alan Autry resulted in a Restraining Order against me. After the suspected homicides of my family, attempted murder of me, taking our properties by fraud in order to rebuild them on the secretly replaced water system, burglary, rape, killing pets and much more - reports were prohibited. Alan Autry had the tables turned by having his risk analysts commit perjury and have ME deemed a "danger to THEM!" Added to the fraudulent lawsuits by "planted" tenants, who intertwine and relocate as this continues taking place throughout town, it is ME who appears the criminal. Making their victim look so bad, they look good.




Most Fresnans will verify that Olive Ave. was widened. That could not have been done without the destruction / reconstruction described above. Unless Alan Autry and his mob removed the evidence from the court files, the Restraining Order against me is officially recorded documentation of a 50-yr cover-up. They do not stop until their victim has been completely annihilated. Alan Autry made sure I was stripped of all civil and human rights, stripped of a means of survival, robbed of everything I owned, prohibited from help (or even filing an insurance claim), called a "liar", left in fear for my life in a home that is now a shambles. $350 Tele-tap verifies phones tapped. Computer hacked. $900 r.f. detector indicates *devices* throughout. I am monitored, tracked, with attempts to seek help intercepted. Pinned into a corner with no way out.

Governor Schwarzenegger refuses to address the situation. He simply continues requesting more funding so the secret water operation can continue. His goal is the new dams, which this group says is connected to the operation described. Owner of Mono Hot Springs resort, Swieso's partner in "clearing the path" so this can continue, says the secret water diversion operation will soon result in piped water throughout his campgrounds. No one oversees these agencies - they simply lie and alter records. Alan Autry has his victims eliminated - prohibiting reports so the horrors can continue. No one questions anything.
